Conference attenders can email email@example.com and quote either “Church Schools Conference” or reference number “69494” to secure the conference rate for a Studio room of $190 per night (usually $220-250 per night).
The cost of the Conference will be $200 per delegate (no GST applies). This includes the conference dinner.
For any person accompanying a conference delegate, the cost of the Conference dinner will be $80 per person.
An invoice will be sent to you for payment by John McGlashan College following the submission of your registration.
There is free parking available on the streets around John McGlashan College.
Our conference dinner will be held at Knox College, Arden St, Opoho.
Pre-dinner drinks at 6.45pm in the Hewitson Wing foyer (the building across the quadrangle and behind the main college building). The dinner commences at 7.30pm in the Great Hall of Knox College.
Please make your own arrangements for transport from the airport to John McGlashan College at the beginning of the conference.
Transport can be provided to the airport following the conference which closes at approximately 1pm, at the end of the John McGlashan College Chapel service.Please indicate on your registration form if you would like to take up this offer.
