Our Special Character is central to the life of our college. The Chaplain, alongside our Pastoral Care Team, will contribute to the pastoral care within the school, to meet the needs of our learners, staff and wider school community. The Chaplain will effectively lead and mentor students who hold special character leadership roles within the school, and they will have the ability to build strong and positive relationships with students, colleagues and families, and will be an excellent communicator, initiator and collaborator.

The successful applicant must have a strong commitment to the Christian faith, an active involvement in church life, and be able to enable opportunities for members of the school community to grow in their relationship with God and serve others, in alignment with our school values.
